The Three Master Lymphatic Watersheds

  • The Non-Negotiable Sequencing Rule: Always open the central drainage basins first—beginning with gentle pumping at the Supraclavicular Terminus, followed by the Axillary Nodes (armpits), then the Inguinal Nodes (groin)—before brushing the distal extremities.
